Mappings¶
OO-LD can act as a bridge between several existing schema languages and data models. The pages below show how selected formats map to OO-LD schemas and instances.
Notation in this section
Unlike the rest of the documentation, where JSON is the canonical notation (see the specification's Notation section), the examples here are shown in YAML. Several of the compared formats (LinkML, NOMAD, dlite, yml2vocab) are natively YAML, so the OO-LD side is shown in YAML too for a direct, line-by-line comparison.
